We’re thrilled to report that the Austin Business Journal named Newgistics’ Michael Twomey one of “Austin’s Best CFOs of 2013!” In a recent ceremony at the Driskill Hotel, Twomey was honored for his leadership and accomplishments at Newgistics. He currently serves as Newgistics’ CFO and SVP of Corporate Services.
“When he joined Newgistics, financial and operational processes were still in development. Now, it’s deemed by executives there as a well-oiled machine,” the Austin Business Journal stated. “Mike provides strong financial and operational leadership in all areas of Newgistics. He has had a heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and sales activities.”
Twomey joined Newgistics in 2006 as CFO of the company, which provides innovative technology-driven solutions that help retailers improve the shopping experience while driving internal efficiencies. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Twomey has built a distinguished record of accomplishments in all aspects of financial management and operations. Prior to joining Newgistics, he was CFO at NetBotz, Inc., an IP-based security solutions company. Twomey also served in a number of executive positions at IBM, including CFO and VP of operations for the company’s Tivoli software business; controller and treasurer for IBM Credit Corporation; and director of operations and CFO for IBM Greater China.

David Marinkovich, Newgistics’ VP Sales, is on the panel Raising the Awareness of the Importance of Reverse Logistics to a High Level in your Organization. David T. Marinkovich, Vice President of Sales, joined Newgistics in 2011, bringing 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain technology. He is an accomplished executive whose background includes leadership positions in sales, marketing and customer service. Newgistics Vice President Ken Johnson to lead organization targeting enterprise customers
